1. Privacy Policy
Information collected is used solely for event booking and execution. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. We employ robust security measures to protect your information.
1. Prices
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking unless a specific arrangement is made for certain clients.
Payments. Payments can be accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or direct bank transfers. Cash may be accepted for the remaining balance at the event as an exception, pre-agreed with the client. No checks are accepted.
Final Payment. The remaining balance is due at the event unless otherwise arranged.
Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
International Clients. Clients outside the U.S. must handle any additional conversion fees or charges associated with their payments.
2. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds
Rescheduling. Events can be rescheduled without additional costs with more than three months' notice; rescheduling less than three months in advance incurs a fee, agreed upon at the time of rescheduling.
Cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than three months' notice, the client is responsible for paying the full remaining balance, due within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.
Refunds. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case of cancellations by Moses Music Studios due to unforeseeable circumstances that qualify under Force Majeure.
3. Music Breaks and Playlist Options
Music Breaks. Moses will take a 10-minute break at the top of each hour, during which pre-assembled playlists from Apple Music or Spotify will play unless otherwise requested by the client.
Playlists. Clients may provide their playlists or specific song requests one week prior to the event or agree to submit them at the event.
4. Liability and Equipment Safety
Liability for Damages. Clients are liable for damages due to negligence or misuse by any event participant. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be provided upon request if required by the client venue.
Equipment Handling. Only authorized personnel may handle or move equipment.
5. Environmental and Travel Conditions
Environment. Specific requirements for performance settings regarding weather include:
- Below 60°F: Heat lamps required or relocation to a warmer area. - Above 95°F: Shade or air conditioning required. - Precipitation or strong winds (25+ MPH): Relocation to a safe and dry/warm area is necessary.
Travel. If Moses is delayed due to unforeseen travel conditions (like traffic or road work), he will make efforts to compensate for the lost performance time at no additional cost to the client.
*Note: In cases of extreme conditions that are beyond anyone’s control, such as natural disasters or major public emergencies, the terms of Force Majeure apply. Neither party is liable for failures due to such unforeseeable events, and timely communication is expected.
8. Arbitration Clause
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, followed by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
9. Updates to Terms and Conditions
These terms are reviewed and updated annually on January 1st. Changes will be communicated via our official channels, and will apply to bookings made after the date of update.
